Welcome

Natosi is an Indigenous‑led consulting practice that supports organizations on their reconciliation and cultural learning journeys. We walk alongside teams to build understanding, strengthen relationships, and integrate respectful, culturally grounded practices. Through Indigenous awareness training, cultural competency development, TRC‑aligned strategy, policy and curriculum support, and facilitated dialogue, we help create sustainable pathways forward—step by step, together.

Grounded in Place and Relationship

Natosi recognizes that all of our work is rooted in Indigenous land and guided by the relationships that connect us to place, community, and story. Our approach is grounded in respect for the Nations whose territories we work within, and in the understanding that meaningful learning begins with acknowledging the land, the peoples, and the responsibilities we carry as visitors and partners.

About Us

Natosi is an Indigenous‑led consulting practice grounded in truth, relationship, and lived experience. Founded in Calgary and rooted in Blackfoot ways of knowing, we support organizations through culturally grounded learning, TRC‑focused education, Indigenous engagement support, and custom learning pathways.

We believe that learning is most powerful when it is relational, when it honors story, and when it invites people into change with courage and humility. Our work reflects the experiences, knowledge, and teachings carried across generations — and the ongoing responsibility to walk toward reconciliation in a good way.
